A vibrant, bright, and emotional week at the Children’s Village “Home of the Angel” has come to an end. This time, we welcomed 23 boys from Lviv region who are being raised in a private shelter — the Family Home “Living Pearl.”

Over the course of seven days, the children not only enjoyed rest but also gained new experiences, communication, care, and motivation. They swam in the pool, went on cycling trips, spent an entire day at a water park, visited a sheep farm in the heart of the Carpathians, explored a wildlife rehabilitation center, and discovered the historic Halych Castle.

The atmosphere of our Children’s Village is all about peace, safety, trust, and inspiration. We are confident that these very emotions will remain in the boys’ hearts for a long time.

The camp program was truly diverse and included:

  • a meeting with the Ivano-Frankivsk Patrol Police,

  • individual and group sessions with the foundation’s psychologists,

  • breakdance lessons,

  • creative workshops, and much more.

💬 Here are a few heartfelt impressions from our children:

“I had never been to a water park before — it was the best day of my summer!” — Yosyp, 12 years old.

“It’s not just fun here, it’s a place where you’re understood. I spoke with a psychologist for the first time, and it made me feel lighter inside.” — Sviatoslav, 14 years old.

“I really enjoyed dancing breakdance. I didn’t think I could do it. But here they believed in me — and I started believing in myself too.” — Mykhailo, 13 years old.

We believe this week has become not only a time of rest for the boys but also a powerful start before the new school year — filled with new strength, new dreams, and faith in themselves.

💛 We sincerely thank our reliable partner — Playrix — for financial support and trust. It is thanks to you that we can implement such initiatives and create an environment of love and care for children deprived of parental warmth.
