Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation 'You-Angel'" (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation):

- Acting within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine;

- Conducting statutory activities as a charitable organization;

- Aiming to promote the development of civil society by supporting social and charitable programs;

​

- Striving to create the most favorable conditions for the development of charitable activities in Ukraine by popularizing them;

​

- Recognizing the importance and prospects of utilizing modern communication systems, particularly the Internet, and aiming to introduce advanced global experience, best practices, methodologies, and systems in the field of mass and corporate philanthropy;

​

- Understanding the importance of joint efforts in implementing charitable activities in the interests of society and specific groups of individuals (recipients of charitable aid);

​

- Aiming to enhance the efficiency of mechanisms for providing charitable aid to improve the material well-being of recipients;

​

- Guided by the principles of partnership and social dialogue;

​

- Acknowledging the importance of ensuring the confidentiality and inviolability of personal data of individuals,

hereby enters into this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to determine the terms and conditions for using the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") located at https://tyanhel.org.ua, and its capabilities for attracting charitable donations via the Internet.

To use the Site and its capabilities, the User must accept the terms of this Agreement.

The User has no right to use the Site or its capabilities for attracting charitable donations (hereinafter referred to as the "Features") provided by the Site if they disagree with the terms of this Agreement.
