Twenty children had the opportunity to rest, restore their psychological equilibrium and inner balance in the Children’s Village “House of an Angel”.
The “House of an Angel“ opened its doors for orphans and children in difficult life circumstances, who are cared for by the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children; there were also hosted six girls whose father gave his life for our Motherland.
Children's vacation was filled with interesting excursions and entertainment. The boys and girls visited the rock-cave complex “Rocks of Dovbush”, took part in the Sunday service in the Goshiv Monastery; and also had the opportunity to swim in the pools of the Dolyna Sports School.
Delicious food, fresh Carpathian air, warm weather, silence and peace of the forest created favorable conditions for psychological relief, which is necessary for children who live in constant stress.
The foundation’s team is grateful for the financial support of the NPO “Gromada” from San Francisco, which gives us the opportunity to host children in the Children’s Town.
