A Meeting Across the Ocean: Children of the “Angel’s Home” Spoke with the Foundation’s Partner

At the Angel’s Home Children’s Village, a warm and engaging online meeting took place between the children and a long-time friend and partner of the “Ty-Anhel” Charity Foundation — Yarema Kuzyshyn from San Francisco, USA, who represents the community organization Hromada.

Yarema is originally from the Ivano-Frankivsk region, but has been living in the United States for more than 14 years. In San Francisco, he is actively involved in community initiatives supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Yarema and the Hromada team have been supporting the Angel’s Home Children’s Village, helping the children and contributing to important initiatives.

The meeting lasted for over an hour and took place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Yarema shared with the children the story behind the creation and activities of Hromada, spoke about its projects, and also told them about life in the United States and his own experience of living there.

The children were very engaged in the conversation, asking many interesting and thoughtful questions and receiving sincere and detailed answers. For them, this meeting was not only an opportunity to learn more about another country, but also an inspiration to dream, study, and believe in their own potential.
