New Initiative at the Children's Village: Exhibition of Pectoral Crosses and Religious Medallions

Dear friends! We are happy to share with you wonderful news. In the chapel of our Children's Town, a new exhibition of body crosses and medallions will soon be on display, each with its own unique history and spiritual significance.

This project was made possible thanks to the initiative and support of our friend, volunteer, local historian, and founder of the private museum "Patriot" in the village of Tysiv (Ivano-Frankivsk region) – Viktor SAVCHUK. For many years, Viktor has been researching the history of his native land and sharing his findings with others. He found the crosses and medallions that will be presented in our chapel during searches with a metal detector. These are not just objects – they are relics that carried spiritual power to generations of our ancestors.

We consider it extremely important that children who will be in the Children's Town have the opportunity to see these Christian amulets, touch them, and feel a connection with Ukrainian history, tradition, and faith. This is an opportunity to cultivate respect for the past and gain a deeper understanding of one's identity.

We are also open to participation in this project. If you have a similar sacred item that you would like to donate to the exhibition in the Children's Town chapel, we will be sincerely grateful.
